1. Information for customers with food allergies

For customers with food allergies, we will, as a general rule, provide a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the "9 specified allergens" as possible.
Customers with allergies to any of the nine specified ingredients must inform us at least one week before their visit. We are unable to accommodate requests made after this period.

*For those with food allergies to any of the nine specified ingredients, we will change the main ingredient to a different food ingredient, but we cannot accommodate allergens contained in seasonings, etc.
For example, we use common products containing wheat, such as soy sauce and vinegar.
*While we thoroughly clean our cooking utensils, trace amounts of allergens may be present due to the kitchen environment. Therefore, we regret to inform you that our hotel is unable to provide dishes completely free of allergens.

Specified ingredients refer to foods that are known to cause food allergy symptoms, and manufacturers are required to list them on their labels based on the number of cases and the severity of the symptoms.

2. Our response to food allergies

  1. We are unable to accommodate requests to change the cooking method or specify ingredients.
  2. If you have severe food allergies or require complete elimination of allergens, we may be unable to provide meals that meet your requests for safety reasons.
  3. Only the customers mentioned above are permitted to bring in commercially available food products (retort foods, frozen foods, etc.) whose safety has been confirmed, and consume them at our restaurants, etc. If you wish to bring in food products, please inform us in advance. We will take custody of the retort pouch foods you bring in and heat them in our hotel kitchen before serving them to you.
    Please note that only unopened retort pouch foods and similar items are permitted.
    Additionally, for food hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing in food that you have prepared or modified yourself.
  4. We are unable to accommodate requests for ingredients other than the nine specified allergens.
  5. For meals served at the buffet, we have displayed information on the nine specified allergens within the dining area. Please check the information displayed and make your own judgment.
  6. We are unable to accommodate allergies for catered meals (served in your room).


Please make your decision regarding use of the facility after consulting with your doctor and taking into consideration your own physical condition.

  • Please note that the menu contents may change depending on the season and availability of ingredients, therefore we cannot provide a menu in advance.
  • We cannot accommodate requests for more or less seasoning (less salt, stronger seasoning).
  • We do not accept chopped food.
  • We cannot accommodate changes to the food content based on likes and dislikes.
  • We do not accommodate dietary restrictions based on religious or cultural reasons.
  • At our company, we prioritize the safety of our customers. If we are unable to accommodate your allergy requests, the final decision on whether or not to use the hotel or restaurant in question rests with you.

■ Acquisition of personal information regarding food allergies

For customers requesting a menu that accommodates food allergies, we will ask you via web or fax for the names of the ingredients that need to be excluded and any symptoms of food allergies. *Personal information obtained from customers will not be used for any purpose other than providing a menu that accommodates food allergies and contacting medical institutions, etc., in the event that a customer experiences food allergy symptoms at our facility.
