[Izumigo, Ambient Yatsugatake Cottage] Kayaking experience at Lake Karamatsu at Kiyosato Kogen Hotel (until November 24, 2025)
Located at an altitude of 1,450m, Kiyosato Kogen Hotel is right in front of Lake Karamatsu, which is formed by spring water from the Yatsugatake Mountains. Guests can enjoy a leisurely kayaking experience by floating a kayak on the lake's surface.
After receiving a lecture from a professional guide on how to operate the paddle safely, you can start paddling on your own. If you get tired of paddling, you can fold up your paddle and take a break by feeding the carp in the pond.
The autumn leaves around the hotel reach their peak between mid-October and early November each year. Please come and enjoy the coolness of the plateau and the colorful autumn leaves at Kiyosato Highlands.
