CRI Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Name of Member Organization)
The name of the Membership Organization shall be "CRI Rewards" (hereinafter referred to as "the Membership Organization").
Article 2 (Service and Operation)
Members of this membership organization (hereinafter referred to as "Members") are eligible to receive various services when using accommodation facilities (hereinafter referred to as "Target Facilities") of hotels affiliated with this membership organization.

This membership organization is managed by C'est la vie Resort Izumigo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
Article 3 (Registration fee and annual fee)
Registration and annual fees are free.
Article 4 (Membership qualifications, etc.)
You can become a member by agreeing to these Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions"), applying according to the procedures set out in Article 5, and having your registration approved.
This membership organization is open to individuals only. Corporations are not eligible to apply.
Members are prohibited from lending, transferring, or selling their membership to a third party.
Membership registration is limited to one per person (one registration). If the same member has multiple accounts, they must promptly notify the applicable facility, and only one of the accounts will be retained, with the other accounts deleted.
When receiving services at a participating facility, members must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, and the accommodation terms and conditions and other terms of use set forth by the facility.
Article 5 (How to register)
If you wish to register with our membership organization, you must agree to these terms and conditions and register as a member using one of the following methods. Please note that if you do not fill in or enter the required information correctly, your membership registration may be invalid or canceled. No membership card will be issued.
(1) Register the required information on the official website
(2) Apply using the method specified by the facility.
Article 6 (Management of email addresses and passwords)
Members shall be solely responsible for the use and management of the email address and password they registered when registering as a member, and shall not allow a third party to use them, or lend or transfer them to any third party.
The member shall be responsible for any damages caused by insufficient management of email addresses and passwords, errors in use, or use by a third party, and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.
If a Member becomes aware that their email address or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and follow any instructions given by the Company.
We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by a member as a result of a third party using the member's email address and corresponding password.
In addition, any use made using that email address and its corresponding password will be deemed to have been made by that member, who will be responsible for all purchase prices and other debts incurred as a result of that use.
Article 7 (Member Benefits)
In addition to points, members can receive various benefits determined by the membership organization or the participating facilities. Please check the official website for details of the benefits.
Various benefits can be received after registering and making a reservation.
If you are a member and would like to receive member benefits, please inform the front desk that you are a member. In addition, benefits are only available for reservations made through the official website; they cannot be received for reservations made via other reservation sites, telephone, email, or fax.
Membership benefits may be changed without notice to members. The latest member benefits posted on the official website will be applied, and past benefits that have been discontinued or changed cannot be applied.
Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits.
Benefits may not be available depending on reservation status.
The best rates may not apply to sales conducted independently by the agency.
When receiving services at a participating facility, members must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, and the accommodation terms and conditions and other terms of use set forth by the facility.
Article 8 (Points Awarding)
Points will be awarded for the accommodation fee (excluding tax) when booking from the official website of the applicable facility. Points will not be awarded for additional charges at the applicable facility, such as extension fees. In addition to points awarded for the accommodation fee, points may also be awarded through campaigns, etc.
Points will not be awarded in the following cases:
(1) Reservations made through travel agencies or websites other than the official website of the facility
(2) When using a free accommodation voucher issued by a participating facility
(3) Other products not eligible for points as determined by the participating facility
Points will be awarded after a certain period of time has passed after each transaction is completed, in accordance with the conditions set by our membership organization.
The conditions for awarding points will be the latest conditions set by our membership organization at the time of awarding.
Points cannot be awarded to multiple members in a single transaction. Please check the official website for details on conditions, etc.
Article 9 (Use of Points)
Points can be used when making reservations on the official website in 100 yen increments, with 1 point equaling 1 yen at the time of payment.
No change will be given when paying with points, and points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points can only be used by the member themselves. Please note that when using points, we may ask you to confirm the member's name, email address, etc., and to present identification documents.
Article 10 (Expiration date of points)
Points expire 12 months from the date they are awarded, and will automatically expire after that period.
Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Points)
Points cannot be combined or transferred between members.
Article 12 (Validity of Points)
Any doubts from members regarding the allocation of points or the validity of points will be decided by our member organization.
Article 13 (Cancellation of Points)
The membership organization may cancel some or all of the points held by a member in the following cases:
If there is any conduct that violates these terms and conditions, the accommodation agreement, other terms and conditions of use (terms and conditions), or other terms and conditions established by our company.
If there is any act that violates laws and regulations.
In the event of any other fraudulent activity, or other cases that the membership organization deems appropriate.
Article 14 (Reissuance of Points)
If points are lost (including expired), the Company shall not be held responsible and shall not reissue points unless such loss is due to reasons attributable to the Company.
Article 15 (Modification of Points)
Please note that if points cannot be awarded to a member according to the criteria set forth in the preceding articles due to computer problems, administrative errors at the facility, etc., the points held by the member may be adjusted without notifying the member.
Article 16 (Changes to Member Information)
If there are any changes to your address, contact information, or other registered membership information, please make the necessary changes through "My Page" on our official website.
Article 17 (Withdrawal)
Members can cancel their membership by following the procedures specified by the Company and completing the cancellation process on their "My Page" on the official website. Once the cancellation process has been completed by the Company, the member will be able to cancel their membership.
Furthermore, membership is personal, and membership will be terminated upon the death of the member.
Article 18 (Presentation of identity verification documents)
In cases such as when changing your registered name or address, we may ask you to provide proof of identity, such as a driver's license, in order to protect your rights. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Article 19 (Notifications from the Company)
Notification from our company will be considered as notification when it is posted on our official website or sent to the email address registered with our company.
Article 20 (Disqualification)
If any of the following applies, your membership will be cancelled. In such cases, all benefits and points will be forfeited. In such cases, no notification will be given.
(1) If a false statement is made at the time of registration
(2) If your contact details, such as your phone number, become unknown
(3) If you fail to pay the accommodation fee or other charges as stipulated in the accommodation agreement, or if payment is delayed.
(4) If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, laws and regulations, accommodation contracts, or other rules of use (terms and conditions).
(5) If the member significantly damages the reputation of the member organization or the facility and disrupts order.
(6) A member of an organized crime group, a gang member, a quasi-organized member of an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, a fraudster pretending to be involved in social activities, a fraudster pretending to be involved in political activities, a special intelligence organized crime group, etc. (collectively referred to as "anti-social forces"), or a person who has a close relationship with an anti-social force.
(7) When there is any act of assault, injury, coercion, threat, extortion, fraud, or similar.
(8) If there is any fraudulent or nuisance behavior while using the applicable facility.
(9) Any other case that the member organization deems inappropriate.
Article 21 (Disclaimer)
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or communication line failures, or in the event that our membership organization deems it necessary, we may suspend the provision of services available to members without prior notice to members.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a change in a Member's registered information and failure to change the registered information as stipulated in Article 16.
If a Member causes inconvenience or damage to the Target Facility or other people through the use of this Service, the Member shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.
If the Service does not function properly due to environmental conditions beyond our control, such as the Member's Internet connection or device settings, or communication conditions, we shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from this.
Article 22 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 23 (Changes to Terms)
These terms and conditions may be changed, revised, or abolished without notice. Any changes will be announced on the official website. Please check the official website before using the service.
If you use the Service after the changes to the Terms and Conditions have been made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 24 (Termination of Membership)
The membership organization may terminate the membership after prior notice on its official website, etc. Upon termination, any unused points will be cancelled and unused benefits will also be suspended.
Article 25 (Governing Law)
The governing laws of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 26 (agreed jurisdiction)
Any disputes between members and our membership organization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Article 27 (Other)
If any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company will endeavor to reach a decision based on the principle of good faith, and Members shall abide by that decision.
