[Important Notice/Update] Details regarding the program continuation and integration of "CRI Rewards" into "GoTo Pass"

Thank you for your continued patronage of the facilities operated by C'est la vie Resort Izumigo.

We are pleased to inform you that the details have been decided regarding the succession and integration of the membership program "CRI Rewards" into "GoTo Pass," which we previously announced on December 12, 2025.

<Membership program integration schedule>

Membership program transition date: February 11, 2026 (planned)
Membership registration transfer procedure: No new procedures are required by customers. Your currently registered membership information will be automatically transferred to "GoTo Pass" on the membership program transfer date, and you will be registered for "GoTo Pass".

With this integration, you will be able to enjoy the same services and benefits not only at our facilities, but also at group facilities across the country operated by Iconia Hospitality.

The transfer of accounts and points held by current CRI Rewards users will be carried out as follows:

■About stage (membership rank) transitions

As we transition to "GoTo Pass," we will implement preferential treatment measures that take current membership rank into maximum consideration.

[Transition criteria]
Based on the points earned from February 7, 2025 to February 6, 2026, you will move to the following stage.

Less than 400 points: Silver stage
400 points or more but less than 1,500 points: Gold stage
1,500 points or more: Platinum stage

[Rank retention preferential treatment]
If you are currently a "Gold" or "Platinum" member or a "Gold Plus" member of CRI Rewards, you will be able to transfer to "GoTo Pass" while maintaining your current rank, even if you have not yet earned the points required for that stage.

Gold members: GoTo Pass "Gold" applies
Platinum members: GoTo Pass "Platinum" applies
Gold Plus members: GoTo Pass "Platinum" applies

[Stage expiration date (special extension)]
Normally, renewals are made annually, but as a transition benefit, the renewal date will be extended to December 31, 2027.
*If you are already a GoTo Pass member, your current rank will be compared to the "higher stage" and applied/integrated.
*If your GoTo Pass is at a higher stage, the renewal date will be based on your GoTo Pass.
*This is only applicable if the name and email address match or if we are able to determine that they are the same person.

■About point transfer

All of your points will be transferred to your GoTo Pass at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

[Reflection schedule]

Check-outs up to February 6, 2026: Reflected on February 11
Check-outs between February 7th and February 10th, 2026: Reflected on February 13th

*Points will be awarded from February 11, 2026 onwards at the front desk of each facility.

Redemption points deadline: February 29, 2028
*From then on, each time you earn new basic points, the expiration date will be extended by two years.

Due to system migration work, reservations, point usage, and changes to registration information for "CRI Rewards" will be accepted until the following date.
