Azumino City is an area with little precipitation and many sunny days.
Due to its inland climate, midday temperatures can be extremely hot in the summer.
On the other hand, in winter, temperatures drop below freezing, so please dress warmly. Also, from mid-December to April, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
If you are bringing your dog, please use Azumino Wan Wan Paradise Cottage.

Cottage cleaning will only be carried out if you request it and are staying for three nights or more.
If you would like your towels replaced, please inform the front desk in the morning.

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service.

Each cottage has its own parking space, which will be provided to you upon check-in.
*In principle, one car per room

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Check-in and check-out procedures will be carried out at the front desk of Izumigo, Ambient Azumino.
There is a parking space in the rotary in front of the building, so please park your car there and come inside the building.

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

Wi-Fi is available in all cottages.

If you make changes or cancellations due to your own reasons, change or cancellation fees will be charged at the rates listed below.
If you change your reservation (reduction in the number of people, etc.), you will be charged a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
・If you cancel between 7 days and 2 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee
・If you cancel one day in advance, 50% of the accommodation fee
・If you check out on the day, 70% of the accommodation fee
・If there is no contact on the day, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged

- Cancellation notice due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes -
Cancellation fees will not be charged if expressways are closed or public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters. Cancellation fees will be charged if transportation is expected to be suspended.
*If you change the date once, there will be no cancellation fee.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific cottages.

If you are in the same group, we will try to accommodate you as close as possible. However, if there are a large number of cottages or combinations, you may be separated.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, and hairdryers are provided in the room.
*Pajamas are not provided. If you would like to have them provided, an additional fee of 330 yen will be charged.

The toilet in the cottage is equipped with a flushing machine.

We do not provide pajamas. Please note that pajamas are available for rental upon request.

Only the row cottages are equipped with air conditioning. The detached cottages are not equipped with air conditioning, so please open the windows for ventilation and use a fan to adjust the temperature. All cottages are also equipped with heating equipment.

We offer a buffet style meal, and we also have a menu that children can enjoy.
*Children's lunches are not available.

For catering, we will provide the same items as for adults, but in different quantities.

The restaurant is not open for lunch.

There are no particular dress code restrictions, however, pajamas and yukata are not permitted.

Please note that the buffet menu will remain the same.
If you are using the food delivery (catering) plan, please select a menu for each night when making your reservation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations in advance. Please note that we will accommodate guests in order of arrival.

We offer a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the eight specified allergens as possible.
For buffets, we have food allergy information displayed, so please refer to this before making your decision about what to eat or drink.
As a general rule, we do not accommodate any other allergies. Please see our allergy policy for details.

Each cottage is equipped with a hot spring that is drawn directly from the source, so you can enjoy your private hot spring at any time you like, as if you were staying exclusively there.

We have one charging station available for a fee.

If you have guests with disabilities, we will try to provide cottages with as few stairs as possible, so please let us know when making your reservation.
However, please note that as this is a mountain resort, there are no barrier-free cottages.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare your supplies before your trip or visit, or ask the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies in the area. (Please note that supplies may not be available depending on the time of day or day of the week.)

A coin laundry with automatic detergent dispensing is available within the hotel.

The use of fireworks or other open flames is prohibited on the cottage grounds.
For barbecues, please use the dedicated cottage.
