We offer five status levels based on your stay record: Regular, Bronze, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
After registering, you will start as a regular member and receive benefits and services according to your status.

How do I register?
You can register on our website's membership registration page.
*Izumikyo individual members and owners do not need to register. We will register you with "Individual Member/Owner = Gold" status.
Are there any joining or annual fees?
There are no joining fees or annual fees. This program is free to use.
Do you have a handwritten membership application form available?
Registration is only possible through the member registration page on our website.
Can I join without registering my email address?
We may send you important notices about CRI Rewards program and information about our services, so you must register your email address to join.
When will my accommodation points status be applied?
Accommodation points will be awarded at the point award rate of your status at the time of booking.
How much will it actually cost if I get a 1,000 yen discount on my dog's accommodation fee?
The fee per dog per night is 2,200 yen for small dogs (under 10kg), 3,300 yen for medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg), and 4,400 yen for large dogs (over 25kg).
Reservations made through the official website while logged in as a CRI Rewards member are eligible.

I would like to know what benefits individual members are eligible for.
Individual members start with "Gold" status and can enjoy the accommodation benefits of "Gold" status separately from the member rights. (Benefits granted to Gold status members, such as a 5% discount on accommodation fees and discounts on accommodation fees for pet dogs, are granted to individual members with equal or greater benefits. Please note that these benefits cannot be duplicated.) In addition, the "points" benefit applies to reservations and use made via the "CRI Rewards" program website, so it does not apply to reservations made on the member-only website or through the reservation center.
I'd like to know about status determination.
Individual members also have their status assessed once a year in April. However, they will not be demoted to a status lower than "Gold." Status upgrades depend on the points earned, but please note that points can only be earned when making reservations via the "CRI Rewards" program's dedicated website.

This offer is available to Oasis Club, Wan's Resort Club, and Mets members. Please note that Watashi no Kyuujitsu Club and Off Inn members will not be matched to "Gold" status and will not be eligible for the benefits. Please also note that this offer does not apply to members' guests staying using guest tickets.

Property owners who reach higher statuses also receive discounts on management fees, renovations, and additional property purchases, making this a program that allows you to enjoy resort stays and save money on your vacation home life.
