To ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind, C'est la vie Resort Izumigo has revised its allergy policy regarding the handling of food allergies at group hotels on November 1, 2024. We would like to inform you of the following.

We will continue to do our best to accommodate food allergies as much as possible, but due to factors such as the equipment and environment in the kitchen, there are limitations to our ability to accommodate all food allergies.

We will provide meals to the extent possible, but please consult with your doctor and your own physical condition before making any decisions regarding your meals.
