In summer, the highest temperature is about 30°C and the lowest is about 15°C.
There isn't much snowfall in winter, but it does snow from late November to April, so please dress warmly. Also, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
If you are traveling with your dog, please use Yatsugatake Wan Wan Paradise Cottage.

Cottages are not cleaned during your stay.
If you would like to have your towels or amenities replaced, please inform the front desk by 8:00 PM the day before.

We offer an on-site shuttle service for guests staying in the Premium Cottage.

There is no shuttle service for other cottages, so for those arriving by public transportation, we have rooms available within a 10-minute walk from the front building.

Parking spaces are available at or near your cottage. We will let you know when you check in.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

We will provide heating in the winter. We also have electric blankets. We will turn on the heating before check-in so that your room will be warm when you prepare it.
* Heating fees are charged separately from November to April.

The top-grade concept cottages with kitchens, Welcome Baby certified cottages, and premium cottages are non-smoking rooms.
We regret to inform you that all other cottages are smoking-friendly. If you would like deodorization, please let us know when you make your reservation.

All cottage types are available.
Free Wi-Fi is also available in the front lobby.

If you make changes or cancellations due to your own reasons, change or cancellation fees will be charged at the rates listed below.
If you change your reservation (reduction in the number of people, etc.), you will be charged a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
・If you cancel between 7 days and 2 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee
・If you cancel one day in advance, 50% of the accommodation fee
・If you check out on the day, 70% of the accommodation fee
・If there is no contact on the day, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged

- Cancellation notice due to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes -
Cancellation fees will not be charged if expressways are closed or public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters. Cancellation fees will be charged if transportation is expected to be suspended.
*If you change the date once, there will be no cancellation fee.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

If you are staying in the same group, we will try to accommodate you within a 5-10 minute walk. However, if there are a large number of cottages or a combination of cottages, you may be separated.

This is included in the top-grade concept cottages with kitchens, premium cottages, and Welcome Baby certified cottages.
Other guest rooms may not be equipped depending on the building and cottage.

Please note that loungewear is not provided in cottages with kitchens, except for top-grade concept cottages and Welcome Baby certified cottages, so please bring your own.
If you rent one at the front desk, it will cost 330 yen per night per item.
Room wear is available in other rooms. *Adult sizes only.

The rooms come with a kitchen and are equipped with a variety of cooking utensils.
Microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle (some electric kettles), kitchen knives, pots (large and small), frying pans, bowls, gas stove (some induction stoves), chopsticks, ladle, spatula, corkscrew, can opener, bottle opener, tea strainer, measuring cup, cutting board, dish soap, dish washing sponge, rice paddle, teapot, dishcloth
*Please note that for hygiene reasons, consumable items such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil, kitchen paper, and seasonings will not be provided. (They are available for purchase at the shop.)
*Hana Hotel Premium Villa cottages with open-air baths do not have kitchens.

Premium cottages and some concept cottages are equipped with air conditioning.
Other rooms are equipped with electric fans, so please open the windows when using them.

There are no particular dress restrictions, but please refrain from wearing loungewear.

Unfortunately, as the property is located in the forest, we ask that you refrain from using fires on the property (except for the terrace barbecue plan).
In the summer, we have a dedicated barbecue site available, so please feel free to use it.

The restaurant offers children's lunches for elementary school and preschool children. If you would like the same meal as adults, please make a reservation as an adult.
For catering, we will provide the same items as for adults, but in different quantities.

The restaurant is not open for lunch.

If you are using the food delivery (catering) plan, please select a menu for each night when making your reservation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations in advance. Please note that we will accommodate guests in order of arrival.

We offer a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the eight specified allergens as possible.
For buffets, we have food allergy information displayed, so please refer to this before making your decision about what to eat or drink.
As a general rule, we do not accommodate any other allergies. Please see our allergy policy for details.

Adults can use the bath for 1,200 yen, and children for 600 yen. *Towels included

There is a large hot spring bath in the front desk facility.
There are no towels provided in the large hot spring bath, so please bring the towels provided in your cottage.
Bathing fee for guests staying at the hotel: 600 yen for adults, 300 yen for children

Pick-up service is available from Kobuchizawa Station on the JR Chuo Main Line and Kai-Koizumi Station on the JR Koumi Line.

Parking is available in front of the front building and in front of the community hall (lower level in front of the front desk). Please let the front desk know if you would like to use the parking lot.

We do not have any cottages that are completely barrier-free, but if you have guests with disabilities, we will try to provide cottages with as few stairs as possible, so please let us know when you make your reservation.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare your supplies before your trip or visit, or ask the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies in the area. (Please note that supplies may not be available depending on the time of day or day of the week.)

There are fully automatic washing machines and dryers available in the building below the front desk.

We apologize, but as the facility is located in the forest, we ask that you refrain from using fire on the premises.
However, during the summer business hours of the limited-time barbecue restaurant [Forest Garden], the courtyard will be used as a fireworks plaza.
