To start your journey, we offer six kinds of appetizers with a fusion of Japanese and Western tastes,
The elaborate sashimi, in which two types of salmon, one Norwegian and the other from Shinshu, are compared, will arouse your curiosity.
For the main course, a luxurious comparison of venison and Wagyu beef, or the finest pork from Shinshu, is served in a way that brings out the best flavor of the ingredients.
The finishing touch is a risotto in an americaine sauce that concentrates the richness of shrimp. This rich dish will deeply fill your body and soul.
