Azumino City is an area with little precipitation and many sunny days.
Due to its inland climate, midday temperatures can be extremely hot in the summer.
On the other hand, in winter, temperatures drop below freezing, so please dress warmly. Also, from mid-December to April, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
If you are bringing your dog, please use Azumino Wan Wan Paradise Cottage.

If you are staying for multiple nights and do not require cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance when making your reservation and we will provide you with an eco-bag.

We have free parking available for approximately 130 cars.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

For heating, you can use a panel heater and air conditioning in the winter. Even outside of winter, if the room is cold, you can turn on the panel heater.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms, lobby, and restaurant.

If you make changes or cancellations due to your own reasons, change or cancellation fees will be charged at the rates listed below.
If you change your reservation (reduction in the number of people, etc.), you will be charged a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
・If you cancel between 7 days and 2 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee
・If you cancel one day in advance, 50% of the accommodation fee
・If you cancel on the day, 70% of the accommodation fee
・If there is no contact on the day, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged

Cancellation fees will not be charged if expressways are closed or public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters. Cancellation fees will be charged if transportation is expected to be suspended.
*If you change the date once, there will be no cancellation fee.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific room numbers.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for room views other than those guaranteed.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, and hair dryers are provided in the room.

All rooms are equipped with heated toilet seats.

Pajamas are provided as loungewear. They are unisex and come in sizes M, L, LL, and children's sizes.

*Cooking utensils and plates are available for rental. They will be delivered to your room upon request.

Air conditioning is only available in the summer. In other seasons, please use a ventilation fan and open the windows to ventilate the room.

We offer a buffet style meal, and we also have a menu that children can enjoy.
*Children's lunches are not available.

The restaurant is not open for lunch.

There are no particular dress code restrictions, however, pajamas and yukata are not permitted.

Please note that the buffet menu will remain the same.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations in advance. Please note that we will accommodate guests in order of arrival.

We offer a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the eight specified allergens as possible.
For buffets, we have food allergy information displayed, so please refer to this before making your decision about what to eat or drink.
As a general rule, we do not accommodate any other allergies. Please see our allergy policy for details.

The admission fee is 1,200 yen for adults and 600 yen for children.

The large public bath uses hot spring water drawn from Nakabusa Valley.
The open-air jacuzzi uses heated water.
There are no towels provided in the hot spring bath, so please bring your own towels from your room.

There is a free shuttle bus to and from Hotaka Station. Advance reservations are required by 6:00 PM the day before, so please make your reservation on the shuttle bus reservation website.

We have facilities and rental equipment available in the building so that people with disabilities can use the facility with peace of mind.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare your supplies before your trip or visit, or ask the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies in the area. (Please note that supplies may not be available depending on the time of day or day of the week.)

A coin laundry with automatic detergent dispensing is available.

We also lend out baby products and cooking utensils for families with small children. Please feel free to ask at the front desk if you require these.
