Breakfast Information
The buffet offers approximately 30 different Japanese and Western dishes, including standard menu items and a full salad bar.
The live kitchen, where chefs prepare meals right in front of you, offers popular breakfast items like pancakes and waffles, as well as grilled rice balls and grilled rice ball chazuke for those who prefer Japanese food.

Buffet Restaurant
A buffet restaurant that blends into the beautiful natural environment of Azumino, allowing you to experience a mountain resort surrounded by the Northern Alps.
For dinner, you can enjoy local delicacies such as churrasco and skewered river fish (such as sweetfish) prepared in front of you by the chef in the live kitchen, as well as Shinshu soba and sanzokuyaki.
For breakfast, you can enjoy popular pancakes and waffles while looking out at the majestic Northern Alps.
