1. When starting hot spring therapy, limit bathing to about once a day for the first few days, and then limit it to two or three times a day.
2. The appropriate period for hot spring therapy is approximately two to three weeks.
3. You may experience hot spring reaction (bath reaction or bath irritation) approximately three days to one week after starting your hot spring therapy. During this time, reduce the number of baths you take or stop bathing altogether and wait for the symptoms to subside.
4. In addition to the above, please be aware of the following points when bathing.
- Bathing time varies depending on the bath temperature, but start with about 3 to 10 minutes and can be extended as you get used to it.
- Generally, you should stay still while bathing, except in the case of exercise baths.
・After bathing, do not wash off the hot spring ingredients that have adhered to your body with water.
(On the other hand, people who are prone to hot spring sores should wash their bodies with fresh water after bathing or wipe off the hot spring ingredients.)
- After bathing, be careful not to catch a cold and rest for a certain period of time.
・In principle, high temperature bathing (over 42 degrees) is contraindicated for those with the following conditions: a) Severe arteriosclerosis b) Hypertension c) Heart disease
- Be careful as sudden exposure to hot water may cause dizziness.
- It is advisable to avoid bathing immediately before or after a meal.
・Be especially careful when bathing after drinking alcohol.

- Please bring your own towels from the cottage.
- The large public bath is switched between men and women in the morning and evening.
- Boys aged 7 and over should use the men's bath, and girls should use the women's bath.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask that children who are still in diapers not use the large baths.
