In the clear air at an altitude of 1,470m, we head to the tranquil Lake Karamatsu on the hotel grounds. friendly Enjoy a memorable walk on the water in a special space where carp welcome you. First-time visitors and children can feel at ease as a professional guide will be there to support you.

・For safety, you must wear a life vest (free rental).
・Please be aware that your clothes may get wet as you paddle the kayak and water may collect at the bottom. Therefore, please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes with you.
・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
・If you are not attending with a companion, we can wait and watch over you at the venue, so please contact us.
・If you weigh over 90 kg, please contact us.
・Those who have been drinking on the day will not be allowed to participate.
・If you are pregnant, have difficulty walking, or have any other concerns about kayaking, please contact us in advance.
・Please arrive at the designated meeting place on time. If you are late, we may not be able to wait for you as there will be other customers. Your reservation will be canceled, so please leave with plenty of time.
・The tour will proceed in the event of light rain. Please prepare rain gear in case of weather changes. The hotel staff will decide on the day whether to proceed if the weather forecast is bad. If you decide to cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged.
・If the organizer determines that it is dangerous to hold the tour due to bad weather such as storms or snowfall, the program will be canceled. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
・If the weather suddenly changes during the program and participants are in danger, the guide may decide to cancel the program even if it is midway through.
・Please note that if an injury or accident occurs during the tour, compensation will be provided within the limits of the accident insurance. (Death/aftereffects: 5 million yen, 1 day of hospitalization: 3,000 yen, 1 day of outpatient treatment: 3,000 yen)
・We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by causes other than the organizer's or guide's willful misconduct or gross negligence (such as unpredictable natural disasters or accidents caused by the customer's own willful misconduct or negligence).

Experience a new kind of cycle tourism at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains
At Kiyosato Kogen Hotel, you can try out the electric-assisted bicycle "Re:BIKE," manufactured by Maruishi Cycle, for a limited time. The bicycle can travel up to 1,000 km on a single charge.
The "Re:BIKE" is equipped with a regenerative function that generates electricity when going up hills or braking, making it safe to use even on long-distance cycling trips.
Furthermore, by utilizing "SeekCrow," a smartphone photo sharing map app developed by E-Force specifically for cycling tourism, cycling in the Kiyosato and Yatsugatake areas, including Seisen Ryokuchi, can be supported. In addition to displaying spot information and recommended courses, users can also experience the ability to share photos taken during sightseeing and riding records in a social networking site-like manner.
